Proper treatment and care will enhance the wear-life of your shoes. We recommend using a waterproofing leather spray if you live in areas of high moisture, and using fine leather cleaners with a neutral color tone to treat spots from abrasion. It is best to store your shoes in a clean, dry area away from heat and light to prevent discoloration or fading.
Please note that as such with natural materials, the characteristics of leather will change and age over time. Vegetable tanned leathers in particular, which go through a timely and unique dyeing process, may develop, darken, and therefore enhance in beauty.
After many years of wear, we recommend taking your shoes to an experienced cobbler who can replace the heel tip and outsole if they become worn out. The outsole we use on our shoes is genuine leather so this can be buffed and mended if worn gently or moderately. If the shoes have been worn quite aggressively we recommend replacing or adding another outsole piece.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We sincerely hope you are happy with your purchase. We understand that ordering online - especially for footwear, can be challenging so we offer free domestic return shipments via USPS ground on all exchanges and returns. We just ask that the shoes be in the same condition as you receive. Please try on your shoes indoors on a clean, flat surface otherwise we cannot guarantee a full refund or exchange.

Upon 2 weeks of purchase all sales will be considered final.
